The campaign has retained the general consulting firm Premiere Strategies. Premiere Strategies is a partnership of veteran GOP strategists and operatives Tim Clark, Jeff Corless and Carl Fogliani.

Tim Clark has built an unmatched record winning tough, and often “impossible,” campaign victories. For fifteen years, his team at the legendary JohnsonClark Associates struck fear into opponents and defeated the supposed “odds-on-favorites” in campaign after campaign. Tim has expanded that group with Premiere Strategies and now leads one of the State’s most accomplished teams of campaign professionals.

Jeff Corless has over a decade of winning political, government and public affairs efforts. An expert at building broad based coalitions and organizations, Jeff has earned a reputation for amassing tough and effective ground attacks to provide the victory margin. He is a sought-after expert in strategy, management, finance, and ground-game. He most recently served as Deputy Campaign Manager and Political Director for former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina in her bid for the US Senate.

Carlton “Carl” Fogliani doesn’t take prisoners. From his early days slugging it out in Pennsylvania’s political arenas, to wholesale dominance of entire regional battlegrounds, Carl brings a tough, aggressive approach to winning campaigns. Mallory West is Founder and Principal of Mallory West 7 Associates, a political and non-profit fundraising group based in the heart of the 16th Assembly District. She has successfully raised money for candidate campaigns ranging from state legislative to Presidential races. Most recently, Mallory led efforts to record-breaking fundraising goals for one of the nation’s top target Congressional races.
